The “Blood pressure levels, clinical features and markers of subclinical cardiovascular Damage of Asthma patients” (BADA) study is aimed at defining the cardiovascular risk profile and the markers of subclinical and clinical vascular and cardiac damage in asthmatic patients. Very few studies have assessed asthmatic patients without concomitant heart disease through a transthoracic echocardiogram.
